As August turns to September I don’t know about you but I still get that faint nostalgic ‘back to school’ feeling. 

 

Somewhere in the crisp or misty morning air I catch a hint of fresh energy and purpose, as though generated by all the schoolkids returning to a new school year.


So I’m inviting you to dip into that sense of latent energy and purpose and bring some Spring into Autumn.

Without being in any way exceptional, I’ve pressed through to build a contented, satisfying, and yes, joyful life. 

 

So I want to give back, by passing on anything I’ve found helpful to other women who may be going through something similar.


P2YL | Part 2 Of Your (Love?) Life

My main inspiration for this has been experiencing a broken marriage and having to re-start life without a clue in my forties.

 

I called this process P2YL | Part 2 Of Your (Love?) Life

 

For me it was about coming to terms with new parameters, restoring confidence in myself as a woman, finding new love.

 

Perhaps at the root of it was learning how to love life again, even if, let’s be honest, life isn’t always very loveable.
