P2YL | 26. Make it a fruitful September

Or, a Springtime to blossom

What does the word 'September' mean to you?

In the North, September hints at mists and mellow fruitfulness.

In the South, there is a whiff of spring with the wattle (acacia) in bloom, and daffodils and tulips swaying in the breeze.

Whether this time of year is your autumn or your spring, as part of the path to Part 2 Of Your (Love?) Life I'm personally inviting you to:

  • Harvest some good things about you and your life
  • Sow fresh personal seeds and nurture them into new growth.

My gentle challenge

Come September, I’m going to send you a weekly email concentrating on one personal life-ingredient to nourish you on your way to Part 2 Of Your (Love?) Life.

Possible elements I'll be including:

  • Self-care ritual
  • An invitation to forgive
  • Living thankfully
  • Vision board creation
  • Creativity invitation
  • Femininity invitation
  • Spiritual invitation
  • A personal pep-talk

There are rich possibilities here. Try one, some, or all.

Rest assured these are all things I’ve found helped get me through to a better place during those early years of feeling shattered and alone after divorce.

They helped prepare me for Part 2 Of My Love Life, and I want them to be of help to you too.
